My Requirements

Hi, I’m looking for a reliable and caring nanny/babysitter to support with my 2 year old son on a long term ongoing basis.

Ideally, I’m looking for one consistent person, but I’m also open to splitting the role between two people (for example, one for nursery pickup/drop-off and one for evening babysitting or occasional weekend help).

What I’m looking for:
- Nursery pickup and drop-off support in the Bordesley Green area (depending on availability)
- Evening care until around 9pm on selected days/weeks
- Occasional weekend babysitting (around once or twice a month)
- Flexibility around a rotating work schedule (I will always provide rota in advance)

About my son:
He is a loving, happy 2-year-old. He is non-verbal at the moment, so someone patient, attentive, and experienced with young children is important. He communicates in his own ways and is a very sweet, affectionate child.

What’s important to me:
- Reliability and consistency
- Experience with toddlers (experience with non-verbal children is a bonus but not essential)
- Good communication
- DBS check and references preferred
- Ideally someone local or able to travel reliably

This role is very important to me as I’m looking for stability and consistency for my son while I work. I’m also happy to build a long-term arrangement with the right person.
