About Me
I provide high-quality childcare in a calm and loving home environment, caring for a small number of children and supporting each child’s individual needs, interests, and stage of development.
My childminding setting is based in Kidderminster, near Brinton Park, and offers a welcoming, home-from-home environment designed to feel safe, warm, and nurturing for young children.
The space is thoughtfully arranged using light natural wood, warm earthy colours, and soft textures, creating a peaceful atmosphere where children can feel relaxed and secure. I use wooden and natural resources that encourage open-ended play, creativity, and imagination.
Resources and materials are displayed at child height, supporting children’s independence, self-awareness, and confidence, and allowing them to make choices in their play.
The setting benefits from a large, secure garden, providing daily opportunities for outdoor play and exploration, supporting children’s physical development and connection with nature.
My approach is child-led, gentle, and responsive, with a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, secure attachments, and learning through play.
I also offer a wide range of creative, age-appropriate, sensory, and open-ended activities, delivering play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
I am currently awaiting my Ofsted registration visit and will be opening for childcare placements as soon as possible. Once registered, I will be able to offer government-funded placements.
My Experience
I am a Level 3 qualified childcare professional with over 16 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings.
I have spent six years working in nurseries, supporting babies and young children across the early years, and developing a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, child development, and inclusive practice. Alongside this, I previously worked as a private nanny for ten years, caring for children within their home environments and building close, trusting relationships with families.
I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow, while being supported and respected as unique individuals.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £7.60 per hour
Babysitting at £15 per hour
Childminding from £7.60 per hour
I charge £7.60 per hour, but I offer a small discount for a full day (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) at £68 per day. An extended hour (5:00 pm – 6:00 pm) will be charged £7.60 if needed.
I provide all meals (Morning snack, lunch and afternoon tea/snack) at £4 per day.
Parents are asked to provide nappies, wipes and formula if required. All the meals and snacks will be healthy and homemade, following the latest guidelines.
