Hey, I’m Irmak! I’m originally Turkish and have lived in Hackney my whole life. I’m a warm, caring and reliable nanny with experience working with children of different ages, from little ones to school age.
I love creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, happy and supported. I’m very patient, attentive and organised, and I enjoy planning engaging activities like arts and crafts, outdoor play, reading, and helping with routines. I also understand how important consistency and clear communication are for parents, and I always aim to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families.

My Requirements
I’m looking for a warm and respectful family based in or near Hackney, with clear communication and agreed routines. I’m happy to support with all childcare-related duties.
I’m ideally looking for a role that offers fair pay (£18–£20 per hour depending on duties), along with sick pay and holiday pay. A consistent schedule, mutual respect, and at least one week’s notice if ending the role would be really appreciated.
I’d love to find a family where I can build a strong, long-term relationship and feel like a valued part of your child’s life.
