We are a warm, welcoming family based in Broadway with a bright and curious 4-year-old daughter. She is being home educated in a child-led way, and we place a strong emphasis on nurturing her natural curiosity, creativity, and love of learning. She enjoys being outdoors, exploring, and engaging in imaginative play, as well as spending time with other children through activities and playgroups.
As a family, we value kindness, calmness, and a positive, supportive environment. We are looking for someone who will become a trusted and steady presence in our daughter’s life—someone gentle, patient, and genuinely nurturing, who can build a warm relationship with her and support both her emotional, physical and educational development.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating calm, fun, and enriching days, and who is confident taking initiative in planning activities, sourcing local groups and clubs, and encouraging curiosity and independence through play and everyday experiences
My Requirements
This is a hybrid nanny/tutor role, ideally suited to someone who genuinely enjoys both childcare and early years education in a child led way.
The position can be offered on a temporary/flexible basis while we search for a longer-term full-time nanny/tutor, although there is potential for it to continue for the right person.
We are open to discussing hours depending on the candidate.
