About Me
I am currently 23 and I adore being surrounded by children. Growing up, my family would always say how kind, caring, and lovely I am, and that babies and kids would just naturally gravitate towards me and play with me. Surrounding myself with children has been a lovely experience because I get to see certain milestones that children go through and learn with them as they grow, which is truly rewarding! I taught a kid how to ride a bike and successfully climb the monkey bars once, and that was just such a lovely feeling and experience to share with them. I also love helping out, so babysitting is great because it allows parents to work. I even love reading with them and taking them out for strolls and playing in parks and at home! I also love Disney sing-along movies and acting! So I'll happily play dress-up and sing any song from your kids' favourite Disney movie and we can have our own little dance party!
My Experience
I looked after two little boys aged 3 months and 4 years. My responsibilities included changing nappies, bottle feeding, and nap times for the 3-month-old baby. For the toddler, I would play with him, take him to the park and ride bikes, settle him for bed, and feed him.
I currently look after two girls, now aged 4 and 9. I've looked after them for the past three years. When the 3-year-old was only 1, I would take her out to play, read with her, change her nappies, and put her down for her nap. Now that she's almost 4, I pick her up from nursery, feed her, take her to the park, and take her to the toilet whenever she needs, now that she's potty trained. It's the same with the 8-year-old. I get her from school, bring her home and feed her, then we do some activities or play together at home or outdoors.
My Qualifications
I don't have any formal child caring qualifications but I do have a DBS check certificate
My Availability
I am mostly free all week throughout the day except Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
I charge £15 to £20 an hour
