Part Time Nanny

Our baby girl is now 10 weeks and we are looking for some help starting in the next month.
We are looking for part-time nanny help for some early mornings (for example, M/W/Th 7-10am) or afternoon/evenings (5-8pm), on average looking at 10-12 hours per week in total.

I will be working and not home, so we will need someone to watch our daughter. My husband will likely be home most of those times but he will be working.
