My Experience

I have nearly 20 years of hands-on childcare experience as a full-time stay-at-home mum. I cared for my son who has severe autism from 2005 to 2024, managing complex daily routines including personal care, medication schedules, therapy appointments, and behavioral support. This experience taught me patience, adaptability, and how to handle challenging situations calmly. Since 2021, I have also worked as an Exam Invigilator, supervising children aged 10-11 during examinations. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages and have strong skills in cooking, organizing activities, and maintaining routines that help children feel secure and happy.

My Qualifications

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Greenwich College, London, which has strengthened my organizational and planning skills. I am DBS checked and have over 4 years of experience working as an Exam Invigilator in educational settings, supervising children and ensuring their safety and wellbeing. My most valuable qualification comes from nearly 20 years as a hands-on parent, caring for a child with severe autism. This experience has given me practical skills in behavior management, creating structured routines, administering medication safely, and providing compassionate care for children with additional needs.
