My Requirements

Regular Thursday Childminder/Nanny Needed – North Belfast – 9am–6pm

I’m looking for a kind, reliable and experienced childminder/nanny to look after my two boys (currently 16 months and nearly 3) on a regular weekly basis every Thursday, 9am–6pm.

My older son is starting nursery shortly and will be doing a gradual settling-in period. By around Halloween, he should be attending nursery Monday–Friday from approximately 9am–1:30pm.

I work from home on Thursdays, so initially the childcare will involve both boys. Once my older son is settled into nursery, I will take an hour lunch break to collect him from nursery, meaning you would then care for both boys from approximately 1:30pm until 6pm.

I’m looking for someone who is genuinely able to commit to Thursdays on an ongoing basis. Reliability and consistency are extremely important to me, as I work with clients during these hours and need to be able to depend on my childcare arrangement. Obviously I completely understand that illness and genuine emergencies happen, but I’m looking for someone who can commit to the regular weekly position rather than someone who may frequently need to cancel at short notice.

Both boys are happy, affectionate and active, and I’m looking for someone warm, patient and engaging who will enjoy spending time with them and become a familiar, trusted person in their lives.
