Part Time Nanny Job in Frinton-on-Sea
About Me
I am currently on a gap year from my final year of university to becoming a mental health nurse, I have taken a role as a senior care assistant 10 minutes away from home to gain myself some more normality. My son’s father is a paramedic, so we are both working shift work. We are both first time parents and needing that support during our working hours. My son’s grandad will be at home all day everyday, however, due to his age and health he is not confident to look after my son full time. Our son is currently 10 weeks old and has had his first round of vaccinations. We live with 3 dogs, 2 chihuahuas whom spend most of their time upstairs in bed as they are senior dogs, and a 11/2 year old German shepherd who is curious and loves anyone she meets.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone who can keep our son entertained whilst also being relaxed themselves. Our main concern for our son at the moment is that he is fed every 2-3 hours and his nappy is changed as often as needed. We have a separate lounge area upstairs with all of babies floor and tummy time pieces as well as the main living room, with a TV in both so you are able to relax. We would like someone who is able to sterilise babies bottles as and when needed. Someone with a clear enhanced DBS check, great experience working with newborns, and someone who is certified in infant first aid. Driving is not a main concern for us, as long as you are happy to take our son for a walk in his pram to ensure he is receiving fresh air.
