About Me
We are a family of four with two wonderful boys aged 10 and 8. Our younger son is bright, imaginative, and full of enthusiasm — he adores Lego, Numberblocks, Beyblades and Pokémon, and proudly treasures his huge plush Pokémon collection. He has additional needs and thrives with calm, consistent 1:1 adult support.
Our older son is creative, sporty, and independent. He loves arts and crafts, dreams of becoming an artist, and enjoys online games with friends. He would benefit from companionship and opportunities to widen his social circle during school breaks.
As parents, we both work in caring professions — I’m a nursery nurse currently studying for a psychology degree, and my husband is a nurse at the local hospital. We are looking for occasional childcare to help balance family life, give us time to recharge, and support my university commitments.
My Requirements
What we’re looking for:
A kind, reliable childcare provider comfortable offering 1:1 support for our younger son
Someone who can also provide friendly company for our older boy
Occasional care during holidays or weekends
Essential: Ofsted registered
Mainstream holiday clubs cannot meet our younger son’s needs, which limits our options. We are hoping to find someone who can offer personalised, understanding care and become a valued part of our support network.
