My Experience
I have been fortunate enough to have worked with a range of ages between 4 months - 5 years. I have been able to adapt to the different learning environments and different paperwork of Pre-birth to Threes and Curriculum of Excellence. I learned how to communicate in different ways , using flash cards and adjusting my language depending on the age group. I also ensured the children felt safe and included relating in with the shannari wellbeing indicators.

I always work closet in order to try and meet all of the organisations aims and objectives. I always take responsibility when working individually or as part of a team and always work to the best of my ability to possess as a strong work ethic and strive to excellence , ensuring that I am responding and supporting the staff and children when changing between different teams and rooms.
