We feel incredibly lucky to have found Natasha (whom our children affectionately call “Aunty”). From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for our three children. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares—she doesn’t just look after them, she truly invests in their happiness, growth, and well-being.
Each of our kids have such different personalities and needs, and Natasha somehow manages to support each of them in exactly the way they need. Whether it’s making a meal from scratch, planning creative activities, or simply offering a listening ear after a long day, she does it all with patience and kindness.
Our youngest has a dairy allergy and fortunately finding a wonderful childminder like Natasha, who is passionate about Forest schooling, has been an ideal environment to support him, his gut and immune system. Before starting, Natasha asked extensively about our child’s likes/needs and we were delighted to find that on the first day of settling in, she had made his favourite meal of mince/keema. She even got smoked salmon for his morning snack (as he has quite an eccentric taste for food!) and thankfully with her care, kindness and experience, he is thriving and moving steadily up the milk ladder! We are eternally grateful for her wisdom, professionalism, knowledge, input and support.
What really stands out is the little extra touches—thoughtful updates, photos, fun outings, and the way she celebrates their milestones as if they were her own. Our children absolutely adore her, and as parents, there’s no greater comfort than knowing they are in such capable and caring hands. They even ask for “Aunty” Natasha on their days off and they have spent many weekends with her happily.
Natasha isn’t just a childminder to us—she’s become an important part of our family. Natasha is truly like a sister and like a maternal Aunt for my kids. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you Natasha for always being there. You’re absolutely amazing!!!
