My Requirements
We're looking for a registered childminder for our 2-year-old daughter on Thursday and Friday. My shifts as a doctor vary — I work 8am–5pm, 1pm–10pm, or 4pm–1am. Depending on my shift, I can drop her off at 12pm or 3pm instead of 8am. We provide at least two months' notice of our schedule, so childminders can plan accordingly. We also need occasional ad-hoc care when shifts change unexpectedly.
