About Me
I am currently in pre-registration, planning to open September 2026!
I support children as they grow, explore and begin their early learning journeys. These experiences have deepened my passion for creating a space that feels calm, nurturing and intentionally led.
Kayleigh's Little Grove was created from a desire to build something meaningful - a setting where children feel safe, understood and gently encouraged to flourish at their own pace. I believe childhood should be unhurried, filled with warmth, play and strong, trusting relationships.
I also welcomed a baby of my own in April, which makes this journey feel even more special. Stepping into motherhood is strengthening my understanding of just how important it is for families to feel confident, supported and truly heard when choosing childcare.
I live with my partner, who has experience working within nurseries and schools through sports coaching. While Kayleigh's Little Grove is my own venture, his background in supporting children's confidence, teamwork and physical development has further shaped our shared appreciation for positive early experiences. As with any home-based setting, all safeguarding and registration requirements will be fully met and carefully considered as part of the registration process.

My Experience
I worked in nurseries for almost 7 years, working my way up to room leader where I’ve had experienced working with all ages! In my nursery setting I worked with ages 3 months up to 5 years. I have also had brief experience working within a primary school setting with ages 5 to 9. I also have experience with forest schools also which I will use in my own day to day practice when exploring the outdoors.
I’ve also worked with children with SEN, such as autism and ADHD, and I am confident to work alongside parents and other agencies to support children as much as possible.
My Qualifications
I am Level 3 qualified in Early Years. I am also Food Hygiene trained, Paediatric First Aid trained, Safeguarding trained alongside various other training, such as FGM and Fire Safety.
My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
I charge £63 per day (08:00-17:00) which include nappies/pull ups, food etc. For arranged childcare before 08:00 and after 17:00 I charge £10/h.
My Local Schools
