My Requirements

We are looking for a reliable, positive, and experienced individual who genuinely enjoys being around children and can become a natural, trusted presence in their day-to-day routine. This is a regular, long-hour childcare role within a supportive and respectful household.

We have four children, however the role is very manageable, as you would not typically be responsible for all four at once, aside from occasional outdoor play. Our eldest is largely independent, while our youngest is still closely attached to me, though I would love for her to gradually gain confidence spending more time outdoors.

The role is centred around engaging with the children through play, creativity, and meaningful interaction. There are no expectations for cooking, bathing, or sole full-time responsibility for all children. We value flexibility, good energy, and someone who can confidently step in where needed while maintaining a calm and positive atmosphere.
