About Me

Hello, my name is Jenny and I am a caring, reliable and experienced childcare professional based in Felixstowe, Suffolk.

I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education and have several years of experience working with children of different ages in both home and childcare settings. As a parent myself, I understand the importance of creating a safe, caring and reliable environment where children feel comfortable and supported.

My Experience

I have several years of experience caring for and supporting children of different ages and needs across a variety of settings, including pre-schools, day care environments and schools. My experience has included providing day-to-day care, supporting routines, planning engaging activities and creating safe, nurturing environments where children feel secure, happy and supported.

I have experience working with children with additional needs, including supporting children with SEN, autism, ADHD and social, emotional and behavioural needs. Through this experience, I have developed a calm, patient and adaptable approach and understand the importance of tailoring support to each individual child.

I am confident managing daily routines including school runs, mealtimes, bedtime routines, play-based learning and supporting children’s emotional wellbeing. I enjoy encouraging children’s confidence, independence and development through positive interaction, creativity and consistency.
