My Requirements

I’m looking for someone to help care for my 6-month-old baby 2–3 half days a week. I work from home, so I’ll be around and the environment is relaxed, but I need someone to take the lead with playtime, feeding, and naps during those hours.

I'm quite flexible on days/times, but ideally looking for someone who can come regularly and build a relationship with our baby. She is currently entering a more attached (to me) developmental phase, so we’re looking for someone calm, confident, and experienced with infants under 1 year old.
I work from home, so experience caring for babies while a parent is in the house would be especially valuable. We’d love someone comfortable with gradual transitions, separation anxiety phases, and helping babies settle through play, walks, soothing, and responsive interaction.
We’re hoping to find someone warm, gentle, patient, and confident with this age group.
