I may lack extensive experience in this job for now, but i am dedicated to learning and growing. I can provide vast imaginitive and creative play. I am paitent and responsible with the ability to always be punctual. I am easygoing and adaptable. Alongside being kind and empathetic.
I have no qualms in assisting with household chores such as cleaning and hoovering. I am happy to help in supporting the children with their homework and activities.
I wish to provide a safe and nurturing enviroment allowing children to express themselves freely and to take an active interest in their activities. Upon my qualification in health and social care, and childcare i strive to promote equality, diversity and inclusivity.
My Experience
I have previous work experience in a nursery setting interacting with toddlers, reading books to them, overseeing their safety in play, and engaging with their interests. From this work experience i was able to interact with a range of different personalities allowing me to tailor my care style to what suits a specific child. If a child is quite talkative i have the perfect ear to listen, but if a child is shy and quiet i can fill in for the silence or simply provide a calm environment as to not stress their reserved nature.
I have also had work experience in a different care sector. I have worked alongside an activities coordinator in an elderly carehome. To which this has furthered my skill of creativity and promotion of expression.
Slightly unrelated work is my volunterring at a charity shop where my roles involved sorting stock onto the shelves, assisting customers, sharing friendly conversations at the till, tagging clothing, hanging clothing neatly and hoovering.

NCFE CACHE levle 2 tecnhical award in child development and care. Grade: A*
BTEC Level 3 National Foundation Diploma in Health and Social Care. Grade: Merit
Gcse Maths foundation level. Grade: 4
English literature. Grade: 6
English language. Grade: 4
BTEC Level 1/Level 2 Tech Award in Performing Arts. Grade: Merit
