About Me

Hello,

We are a family of three and we looking for a French-speaking (ideally native French) registered childminder for our little boy from September 2026.

Our son, Max, will be 9 months old in August. He is a very happy, easy-going and smiley baby, and we would love for him to be exposed to French from an early age in a caring, nurturing and stimulating environment.

We are looking for someone who is:
• Ofsted registered
• Experienced with babies and young toddlers
• Patient, kind and attentive
• Passionate about early years development
• Happy to speak French regularly throughout the day
• Accepting government funded childcare hours

Ideally, we are looking for someone located around Clapham, Balham or nearby areas.

Additionally, we would also be looking separately for an ad-hoc babysitter.
Ideally, I would love to find 2–3 reliable babysitters for my little one who would be available to stay with him when he is sick and unable to attend nursery/childminder. As childcare can be unpredictable, I’m hoping to build a small network of trusted people so I can always have someone available when needed and still be able to go to work.

Students are absolutely welcome too, as long as you are reliable, caring, and comfortable around young children.
