I was so nervous exploring childminders/babysitters to look after my 3 year old boy.
Archie was also worried but at our first meeting with Ailsa she put me and archie at ease with her bubbly confident manner. Archie warmed to her immediately and I was reassured that he would be safe and well cared for. Had regular updates on the activities and how he was during the day.
Archie now loves her and is happy to be minded - a tremendous relief for me.
I would recommend Ailsa without reservation. Thank you Ailsa!
