My Experience

With over 17 years of experience across a wide range of nursery settings — including established organisations such as LEYF, Bright Horizons and Asquith Nurseries, as well as smaller independent settings — I bring extensive knowledge, leadership and hands-on expertise within early years education.
For the past 13 years, I have successfully held management positions, leading high-performing teams and overseeing the daily operation of busy nursery environments. The largest setting I managed cared for up to 138 children and a team of more than 25 staff members, giving me strong experience in leadership, safeguarding, quality assurance, staff development and creating nurturing environments where children can thrive.

My Qualifications

Holding a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies has given me a deep understanding of how children learn, grow, and develop during the most important years of their lives. My qualification, alongside 17 years of experience working within early years settings, has strengthened my passion for giving children the very best start in life.
For me, childcare is far more than a career — it is something I genuinely love and take pride in every single day. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, listened to, and celebrated for who they are. I am passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and express themselves freely.

£70 non-refundable registration fee
This secures your child’s place within the setting.
Funded Sessions – Term Time Only (38 Weeks)
Our funded sessions include an optional integrated package designed to support busy families by covering everyday essentials.
9:00am – 3:00pm (5 Days Per Week)
£4.45 per day integrated package includes:
Nappies & wipes
Cow’s milk with snacks
Extra-curricular activities
Freshly cooked warm vegetarian meals
8:00am – 1:00pm (3 Days Per Week)
£3.45 per day integrated package includes:
Nappies & wipes
Cow’s milk with snacks
Extra-curricular activities
Freshly cooked warm vegetarian meals
1:00pm – 6:00pm (3 Days Per Week)
£2.45 per day integrated package includes:
Nappies & wipes

Important Funding Information
Funded hours are offered across 38 weeks only and are not stretched across the year.
Any childcare required outside of funded weeks will be charged at the private hourly rate.
Optional Integrated Package
Parents may choose to opt out of the integrated package.
If opting out, families must provide meals/snacks that follow the setting’s Lunch Box Guidelines to ensure:
Healthy balanced nutrition
Compliance with allergy and dietary requirements
Safe food practices for all children
Private Childcare Hours (48 Weeks Per Year)

Closed Bank Holidays and four weeks. for personal holidays.
