About Me
I am a mum of a 9 months old baby.
I am a Nursing Assistant working for the NHS and will be returning to work at the end of July on a part-time basis. I mainly work night shifts, usually two shifts per week, and may occasionally take an additional bank shift depending on my partner’s work schedule.
My partner is a bus driver and works a rotating rota with varying days off, so our childcare needs can change from week to week. We are a friendly and respectful family looking for a reliable, flexible, and caring childminder who can provide a safe and nurturing environment for our child.
My Requirements
I am looking for a childminder who can provide daytime care after my night shifts, allowing me to rest and sleep during the day.
Our requirements are:
* Flexible childcare based on changing work rotas.
* Maximum of 3 days per week.
* Approximately 7 hours per day.
* Availability on both weekdays and weekends when required.
* Ability to accommodate funded childcare hours, which I would like to stretch across the year, including school holidays.
* A warm, caring, and stimulating environment that supports my child’s development through play and age-appropriate activities.
Good communication, reliability, and flexibility are particularly important to us due to the nature of our work schedules.
