About Me
We are a friendly professional family of four with two daughters, aged nearly 2 and nearly 5.
Our youngest attends nursery during term time, and our eldest attends Reception at school. Mum is a hospital doctor working shifts, and Dad runs his own ecology business, so we are looking for reliable, practical support with childcare, school/nursery runs and light household help.
We hold christian values. We are a warm, respectful family and would like to find someone kind, reliable, safety-conscious and confident with young children.
My Requirements
We are looking for a part-time nanny / after-school nanny-housekeeper to help with school and nursery runs, after-school care, children’s dinner preparation and light household help.
We have two daughters: one aged nearly 2 who attends nursery from 9:00am–3:00pm, and one aged nearly 5 who attends Reception from 8:50am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
The main help required is weekday after-school support, usually including nursery/school pickup, bringing the children home safely, preparing a simple children’s dinner, helping with bags/uniform, and light tidying related to the children. Occasional small shopping or household help would also be appreciated.
We may also need some morning drop-off support and occasional weekend/evening babysitting by agreement.
The ideal person must have their own car, a full driving licence, appropriate insurance for school/nursery runs, DBS check, references, and ideally paediatric first aid.
We are open to discussing exact hours, but expect this to suit someone looking for a regular part-time after-school role.
