Looking for a nanny for my 1 year old

Hello!
I’m returning to work, and am looking for someone to nanny for my 12 month old. He’s wonderful - giggly, active, playful, and confidently walking. He loves all sorts of activities, especially getting out the house. He’s been easy to wean and loves food. He was intolerant to a few but is growing out of that now, and has a nut allergy which we are managing with desensitisation (he had a tiny bit of nut every day - it’s been very easy so far).
He’s our first child, and we live in East Sheen. No pets. We both work from home a bit, in separate offices (I’m a doctor but currently work in the garden office doing a PhD).
My Requirements
Looking for 3 days child care. Days flexible (Mon - Thurs). Ideally full days 8am til 5/6pm.
Looking for:
- DBS checked, first aid (especially given food allergy)
- experience of looking after young children, especially with schedules/naps/food prep/language development.
- looking for someone energetic, warm, fun, and talkative.
- Ideally speaks French as I’m half French and I’d love someone to keep it up with him, or happy to speak Spanish/another language to increase his language exposure.
