My Experience

I have two years of experience working with children aged 4–11 through my volunteer role at Mitcham Library from 2023 to February 2025. As part of the arts and crafts club, I helped plan and lead creative activities, supervised children during sessions, supported them with tasks, and helped create a safe, positive and engaging environment. This role helped me develop strong communication, patience and responsibility when working with children. My volunteer team was also awarded the 2024 Young Best Volunteer Award in recognition of our dedication and contribution. I have also been privately babysitting children from the age of 2, which helped me develop various skills such as ensuring children follow a certain routine while they also enjoy their time and have fun!!

My Qualifications

GCSEs passed in English, Maths, Combined Science, Business Studies, Religious Education and Geography.

Currently continuing my studies in Law, Psychology and Business. While I do not currently hold formal childcare qualifications, I have two years of practical experience working with children aged 4–11 through volunteering at Mitcham Library, where I helped lead arts and crafts activities in a safe and engaging environment.

My Availability

I prefer working on Mondays, Wednesdays Fridays, including either or both days of the weekend. However, I am fully open to adjust my availability according to your preference!!

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

£10/hr standard (after-school / daytime)
£12/hr evenings (after 6pm)
£12/hr Sundays / late nights
