Youngest turns 1 in October and the eldest turned 6 in June.
I'm a Paediatric Doctor and due to return to work in October when my little one turns 1.
My youngest will be starting at a childminder and my eldest is in school. Looking for someone to help with drop offs and pick ups and instill a gentle but consistent routine for both girls (eldest complete homework, healthy dinner for both and prompt bedtime). We are very lucky that we have our in-laws living nearby to lend a hand.

My Requirements
I am currently in the process of confirming which days I will be returning to work, so think I'm looking for help Tuesday - Friday. We're hoping to find someone kind, reliable, and proactive who can become a trusted part of our family. The role is live out, starting from October time and ideally long term. A driver is preferred to help drop and collect our elder daughter from school and after school classes.
