Hello! We are a busy, active family based in Canary Wharf (but working in Victoria/Mayfair).. I’m a dedicated full time working mother with a passion for health, sports and holistic well-being. My 4-month-old son is my main focus as I’m now at maternity (until September). I value analytical, evidence-based parenting but balanced with deep love and empathy. We are looking for a trustworthy, positive individual who can become an extension of our parenting approach
My Requirements
We are looking for a German-speaking, part-time live-out Nanny/Support to care for our son 2 days a week (days to be discussed, but consistent). For the remaining 3 days, he will be attending nursery.
Language: Native or fluent German is essential. We want our son to be immersed in the language through play, reading, and daily interaction.
Experience: Proven experience with infants/toddlers (8+ months). You should be comfortable managing weaning, active floor play, and maintaining a solid nap routine.
Reliability: As I will be returning to work, punctuality and reliability are paramount.
Approach: Someone who is gentle, observant, and follows baby-led cues, while being organized enough to manage a smooth daily rhythm.
Admin: Enhanced DBS check, Pediatric First Aid, and excellent references are a must.
