About Me
Hi I'm Orla! I'm originally from Liverpool, but I'm a student here in York! I’m a second year child’s nurse, however due to a loss in the family, I pausing my studies for a year and planning to work in york! As my degree suggests i love working with kids, i would like to think i'm a caring and reliable student children’s nurse with a passion for supporting children and families. I love baking, puzzles, art and crafts!! I have experience working with babies, children, and young people through placements, babysitting, and peer mentoring.
My Experience
I have worked with neonates, caring for newborns/ premature babies and supporting families in a professional environment. Also worked in CAMHs. I have also been babysitting since I was 16, caring for children of different ages and helping with routines, meals, playtime, and bedtime. In addition, I have experience as a peer mentor, supporting and guiding young people in educational settings.
My Qualifications
I am currently studying children’s nursing and gaining hands-on clinical experience through placements. I have 3 A-levels at AAB, in Biology, Art and English.
My Availability
I am free all the time due to pausing my studies. Please feel free to message me to discuss specific dates and times, as my availability changes regularly.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
My fees are flexible depending on the hours, location, and level of care required.
