Currently undertaking a Level 5 Elite Personal Trainer Diploma (RQF) with RSPH Nutrition, further strengthening expertise in health promotion, rehabilitation, fitness, and preventative care.
Highly skilled in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health education, and person-centred care, with strong experience in safeguarding, medication administration, and care planning. Passionate about improving wellbeing through a holistic approach combining clinical care, fitness, and lifestyle management.
