Hi Pablo, I truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by the late cancellation. I had an unforeseen emergency call from the hospital that required my immediate attention that day, leaving me with no choice but to cancel. I completely understand how frustrating it is to be left without childcare, especially when you are working, and I am deeply sorry for putting you in that position. As a gesture of goodwill, I would be happy to offer 1 hour of free childcare if you ever decide to book again. I wish you and your family all the best.
