Reena canceled in last minute leaving me without the possibility of making any plans to replace her. I needed her to take care of my son while I am working off term.

Hi Pablo, I truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by the late cancellation. I had an unforeseen emergency call from the hospital that required my immediate attention that day, leaving me with no choice but to cancel. I completely understand how frustrating it is to be left without childcare, especially when you are working, and I am deeply sorry for putting you in that position. As a gesture of goodwill, I would be happy to offer 1 hour of free childcare if you ever decide to book again. I wish you and your family all the best.
Rena is great and reliable at what she does. My daughter particularly enjoys spending time with Rena, especially the music part. Thank you for the care and love you always show to Vicky.
