Reena canceled in last minute leaving me without the possibility of making any plans to replace her. I needed her to take care of my son while I am working off term.

I had an unforeseen emergency call from the hospital that required my immediate attention that day, leaving me with no choice but to cancel. I completely understand how frustrating it is to be left without childcare, especially when you are working, and I am deeply sorry for putting you in that position. As a gesture of goodwill, I would be happy to offer 1 hour of free childcare if you ever decide to book again. I wish you and your family all the best.
