My Experience

Hello, I'm Stacey and welcome to Bright Start Childminding.

I am a mother to three boys aged 19, 13 and 3, and we also have a friendly family cat called Elsa.

I was previously registered as a childminder 17 years ago when my eldest son was young. Since then, I have gained valuable experience working as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting.
Throughout my career, I have supported children from EYFS through to Year 6 in group and one-to-one settings.
I am passionate about creating positive relationships with children and their families and providing a caring, stimulating environment where children feel happy, secure and confident.

My aim is to create a welcoming environment where children are inspired to explore the world around them. Through play-based learning, outdoor experiences and everyday opportunities for discovery, I support children to develop the
skills they need for their next stage of learning while building happy memories along the way.

At my setting children can enjoy creative play, sensory experiences, books, role play, construction activities,
outdoor learning and local outings.

Ofsted registered childminder.

Paediatric First Aid

Safeguarding training

Level 2 Food Hygiene

My Availability

I offer childcare Monday to Thursday between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm. All year round care excluding bank holidays and approximately 5-6 weeks personal annual holiday. (To be discussed in advance with parents)

My Fees

• Childminding from £6.00 per hour
