About Me
I am a first-time mum to an 11 month old, 1 years old come the 6th June. My partner is currently in full-time employment but cutting down to part-time to facilitate university studies, and thus I am seeking employment.
I am a trained childcare practitioner myself and have worked across nurseries, after school clubs and children's homes. I am a keen advocate for giving children autonomy, allowing them to make mistakes within safe boundaries and empowering them to become confident individuals. I engage in some montessori practises at home.
My Requirements
Would currently be seeking a few days a week within school hours to fit my potential employment, of which days are negotiable as my partner may be able to request certain days off a week when they transition to part-time.
