And the father of Rowan, a bubbly two year old who's very food and fun driven. Her favourite food is bread & butter, and she loves to go high on the swings or down a long slide. Professionally Tom has been a Chef for over a decade, and currently pivoting towards Permaculture (an ethical design science) for creating outdoor spaces which meet human needs as well as boosting ecological health.
