My Experience

SINCE LEAVING THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD IN JULY 2024, I HAVE WORKED AS A SEND TA AND A PRIVATE TUTOR SPECIALISING IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH. I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT WIDENING ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY, PERSONALISED EDUCATION AND KNOCKING DOWN BARRIERS TO HIGHER EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES.

I HAVE TWO YEARS' TOTAL EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE IN PAID ROLES, AS WELL AS WORKING AS AN AU PAIR IN FRANCE IN 2023. HERE I CARED FOR A YOUNG WOMAN WITH A GENETIC CONDITION, CARRYING OUT DAILY DOMESTIC CARE AND MOBILITY/COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES.

My Qualifications

I HAVE A DEGREE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE & LITERATURE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD (2:1, GRADUATED 2024) AND AM CURRENTLY WORKING TOWARDS A MASTERS IN SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY.

I HAVE COMPLETED SAFEGUARDING TRAINING AS PART OF MY ROLE AS A SEND TA.
