My Requirements

We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and highly flexible nanny to care for our 4-month-old baby in Witney.

My husband and I both work demanding and sometimes unpredictable hours, so flexibility and reliability are extremely important to us. I am looking to return to work approximately 2 days per week, averaging around 20 hours weekly, although this may vary depending on work commitments — some weeks may require more hours and others less.

Due to the nature of our work, there will be some days where I may need to leave the house as early as 6:00am, and on other days may not return home until around 10:00pm. These will not be on the same day, but we do need someone comfortable with varying schedules and occasional longer working days when required.

We are looking for someone who can provide a calm, nurturing, and safe environment for our baby while confidently managing feeding, naps, developmental play, and routines.

The ideal nanny will have:

* Experience caring for newborns and young babies
* A warm, caring, and proactive nature
* A high level of flexibility and reliability
* Paediatric first aid training (Ideal but not essential)
* Excellent references
* A DBS check (Ofsted registration desirable but not essential)

We would love to find someone who feels like a trusted extension of our family and who can provide consistent, loving care as our child grows.
