have over 10 years of childcare experience and have worked in a nursery setting for 5 years, caring for children of different ages and abilities. Alongside my professional experience, I have also cared for babies and young children for family and friends, as well as babysitting for neighbours, including overnight stays.
I have experience supporting autistic children, including caring for a 10-year-old autistic little boy, where I learned the importance of patience, understanding, consistency, and creating a calm and supportive environment tailored to individual needs. I have also worked as a live-in nanny, which helped me build strong relationships with families and develop confidence in providing dependable, nurturing care within the home.
I am passionate about encouraging children to enjoy the outdoors, nature walks, exercise, creativity, and imaginative play. I love helping children learn, explore, and build confidence through fun and engaging activities while always making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for.
I am pediatric first aid trained and hold an up-to-date DBS check, giving families extra peace of mind that their children are in safe and capable hands.
