Hi!
I'm a mum to a sweet little velcro baby girl (14months) obvious to say but she is my world!
I work nights as veterinary nurse - my rota pattern being 1 week on, 2 weeks off.
Therefore I require some flexibility as I don't need the same childcare days every week.
I have childcare covered until October however due to my girl being fairly sensitive and unsure of new people, I really would like to start slow with one morning a week to begin with. Gradually increasing it to eventually having 4 half days in childcare whilst I'm on nights and Monday half days whilst I'm off nights.
Flexibility really is key!
She loooves animals and being outdoors and is a great eater.
I'm quite anxious of the idea of leaving her however I really would love for her to build a great friendship with a childminder.
