About Me

I can look after children, preparing simple meals and providing homework help in a number of subject areas.

My Experience

Whilst student teaching, I was responsible for a Primary 5 class for full days, ages 9 - 10, supporting the children in their learning and adapting teaching to meet all learners' needs. This experience lasted for 10 weeks. I have also had another placement prior to this one, teaching Primary 3 for 10 weeks.

I have experience volunteering as a young Brownie leader for two years, attending Brownie group trips and leading activities; these children were aged 7-8. Finally, I have experience volunteering in a nursery for 6 months, working with 4-5 year olds, reading stories to them and supporting their learning and play.

My Qualifications

I am a third year Primary student teacher. Currently completing an introduction to BSL course at Edinburgh college.

My Availability

I will be available to start as soon as possible. Hours may change at the end of October as I begin my teaching placement.
