About Me
I have been living in Turkey for the past 10 years and really enjoy the lifestyle and culture here. In my free time, I love doing yoga, creating art, listening to music, and singing. I especially enjoy singing old nostalgic children’s songs with little ones and making learning fun through music and play.
I also love spending time in nature with children, whether that’s going to the playground, taking walks, or being by the sea. One of my favourite things to do is walk along the coastline in Istanbul and spend time with friends enjoying the outdoors. And of course, I always appreciate a good coffee — especially a cortado or a flat white!
I will be returning to the UK from Turkey for a period over the summer to spend time with family and would love to combine this with some short-term childcare or babysitting work while I am there. I am mainly looking for temporary or flexible arrangements during the summer period, although I can also be flexible with dates before or after the school holidays depending on the family’s needs.
My Experience
I have been living in Turkey for the past 10 years, where I have been teaching English through private lessons with young children in their homes. I also worked for one year in a kindergarten and have babysat for foreign families living in Istanbul who needed extra support with childcare and English language learning.
My Qualifications
I hold a 120-hour online TEFL certificate and have over 10 years of experience teaching English to young children in Turkey through private lessons, babysitting, and kindergarten work. I also previously worked for the Metropolitan Police in the UK, where I completed workplace training including first aid and safeguarding awareness.

- Babysitting from £14.99 per hour
I am currently looking for short-term childcare or babysitting work during the summer months while I am in the UK. I am available for temporary, flexible, or more intensive arrangements over a few weeks or a month, with the possibility of extending before or after if suitable.
My rates usually range from £15–£25 per hour depending on the location, hours required, number of children, and level of support needed, including English language learning or homework help.
