About Me
I’m a friendly and experienced Pre-School Manager with over 15 years of experience working with children. I love creating a safe, calm and fun environment where children feel happy, confident and cared for. I’m approachable, reliable and enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
My Experience
I currently lead an Ofsted Outstanding pre-school and have many years of hands-on experience caring for children of different ages. I previously worked as a registered childminder and continue to support a number of regular families with wraparound care and babysitting. I’m confident with routines such as mealtimes, bedtimes and keeping children engaged through play and activities.
My Qualifications
I hold a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and a Business Management & Leadership qualification, and I am currently working towards a Masters in Early Years Leadership. I am trained in paediatric first aid and safeguarding (Designated Safeguarding Lead), and I also hold an enhanced DBS on the update service.
My Availability
Available for weekday evenings, weekends, and occasional daytime babysitting. I also support some regular families with wraparound or school holiday cover, but I’m happy to discuss availability and find something that works.

We’ve been using Hayley’s services since 2024 and she’s been an absolute godsend. Both of our children are neurodivergent (14 and 12), and she handles everything with such ease and warmth that they genuinely look forward to her being here — they’ll come downstairs and just hang out with her, which tells you everything.
She gets them out of the house, keeps them happy and entertained, and frankly does a better job of that than we do. She’s flexible, communicates brilliantly, and is just a really lovely person to have around.
Highly recommended, without hesitation.

My 2 and 6 year old adore Hayley. Her experience being a manager of a pre school means she is fantastic at playing with them and managing their behaviour. She is incredibly reliable and trustworthy. She was recommended to us by a number of friends and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.
