Sarahs House
Childminder in Market Harborough
My Summary
Sarah's House Childminding Great Easton
About Me
I am a mum of two and a qualified Teacher with 20 years experience of caring for children. I aim to offer a warm, nurturing, and enriching childminding environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn through play. I am paediatric first aid trained, and have completed Designated Safeguarding Lead training as well as Food Hygiene certification.
I live in the rural village of Great Easton with my husband Steven, our two daughters, and our friendly Golden Retriever, Loki.
Our home is welcoming and set up to support children’s independence, curiosity and confidence.
We are lucky to have a lovely local park just a short walk away and access to surrounding fields for nature walks and outdoor exploration.
We regularly attend Rhyme Time and Story Time at the local library and enjoy trips to the farm, other local parks and community spaces.
I love to be outdoors and make sure there's plenty of opportunities to enjoy the natural environment and explore real-world experiences.
I hope my setting offers a home-from-home feel which is child focused.
If you choose me to care for your little one, I will work closely with you to get to know them and their interests and plan future learning opportunities around these. I will share regular updates about your child’s day and keep you informed about their learning and important moments while with me.
I have passed my pre-registration assessment and am now full with a waiting list. Please do get in touch if you would like to join the waiting list.
