I have worked in schools for the past 5 years as a teachers aide and a teacher. I have developed behaviour management skills and approaches that are calm and considerate of children with all different needs. I have also developed the skills to build positive relationships with kids. I enjoy working with kids and am a fast learner. I am organised and can follow instructions well.
