My Experience

Hello! I’m a caring, reliable and experienced childcare provider based in Dundee. As the eldest of 7 siblings, I’ve spent years helping care for children of all ages and have plenty of hands-on experience with after-school and weekend childcare.

I also have personal experience supporting children with additional needs, as my sister has autism. This has helped me develop patience, understanding, calm communication skills, and the ability to create a supportive and comfortable environment for children with different needs and personalities.

I have a PVG check and training in both adult and child first aid, so safety is always a priority for me. I’m confident with meal preparation, cooking, cleaning up, bath time, bedtime routines, getting children into pyjamas and helping children settle comfortably for the evening.

Although I don’t drive, I’m very confident using public transport and walking routes for school pickups and local activities.

I genuinely love working with children and have always felt childcare is something I’m naturally meant to do. I enjoy helping kids feel safe, happy and cared for while giving parents peace of mind. My goal is to provide affordable but fair childcare that families can rely on long-term.

My Qualifications

Although I don't have formal childcare qualifications, I am very confident in my abilities to care for children of all ages. My whole life is my experience and I understand that may not be what some parents are looking for. But I am happy to discuss this further and possibly set up a call or meeting so you can get to know me first :)

My Availability

I work, Monday,Tuesday,Thursday&Fridays 9-2PM. Other than this I have full availability during the week and I am flexible with weekends. I’m happy to discuss flexible hours, regular care, evening babysitting, weekend support, and additional needs care.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

Depending on how many children but I want to keep it affordable. I am happy to discuss this too.
