My Requirements

My daughter is 4 years old and is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, has limited speech and needs assistance with self-care. She’s at mainstream nursery 3 full days a week however we require additional support for approx 8 hours a week between 22nd June - 27th July as our regular nanny is moving away from the area. These hours include some morning times before nursery.
Although her speech is limited, my daughter understands everything even if she doesn’t respond immediately to questions or instructions. We require a patient, kind and understanding nanny who will support my daughter in the following:
- day activities at home (such as games, creative play, intensive interaction to assist speech and language development).
- self care such as eating independently, cleaning her hands and face at meal times and toilet needs.
- keeping her safe if outside in the garden/ parks as she has a limited sense of danger due to her autism.

Experience with SEND, full DBS and OFSTED registered essential.
