About Me
Hello, I'm Emily, solo mum to a (just turned) 2 year old girl, Rosalie. We live on the Boconnoc estate, which is in the rural area between Lostwithiel/Liskeard/Looe. Rosalie is an easy going toddler - loves to play and look at books, and REALLY loves anything/everything outside. Her imaginative play is firing up now too.
My Requirements
I'm looking for a trusted person for regular babysitting - my ideal would be 3-4 hours weekly, on a Tuesday or Thursday morning, but I can be flexible on day and times for the right person. Rosalie is with me all the time (no nursery) so this is to give me some regular time to myself. I'd like to have a regular weekly slot and then at times may ask for additional babysitting.
You'd be looking after Rosalie in our home so need to be able to drive here. Activities would just be the usual playing with her toys inside, or out in the garden - she's usually quite clear about what she wants to do! - and depending on timings giving her a lunch I've prepped. I'll then be home in time to put her down for a nap.
Childcare qualifications etc would be welcome, but as this is just general looking after I'm more interested in someone who is safe (DBS & first aid) and interested/engaged in child-led play. If things work out, I'd like this arrangement to continue until Rosalie starts school.
