About Me

We are a warm, professional and friendly family based in London looking for a caring, reliable and proactive live-out nanny for approximately 25 hours per week. We value reliability, professionalism, creativity and a calm, positive home environment.
Duncan is a Chartered Accountant, and Shuning is a Property Agent and Certified Translator (Mandarin) (Shuning also recently ran the London Marathon). Between us, we have busy professional lives but place family, learning and wellbeing at the centre of our home life.
George is 20 months old and not yet attending nursery - we are seeking a nanny 4 or 5 days a week approx. 9am-2pm.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and can provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment. We would love to find a nanny who is organised, dependable and happy to support with age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, reading, meal preparation and helping maintain good routines.
Our ideal nanny will feel like an extension of the family — someone warm, communicative and thoughtful who enjoys building a long-term relationship with both parents and child. We are respectful employers, flexible where possible, and keen to create a happy and supportive working environment.
