About Me
Hi I’m Verity I’m 26 and live in West London . I’m currently studying to get my MA in Play Therapy. I love working with children. I am continually building my knowledge about children and the best ways to care for them.
My Experience
Before undertaking my masters I working in a primary school, during my first year there (2023-2024) I was a Teaching Assistant in a year 5 class helping support their learning and regulate their emotions. During my second year (2024-2025) I was a one-to-one for a child with ASD. Before working in the school, I working for a charity (UCCF) to support university students who were part the CU society in understanding and exploring ideas their around faith and belief. This role involved mentoring, team work, organising and planning events and pastoral support.
My Qualifications
I have an Undergraduate in Psychology and Counselling. I have two A-levels and a B-tech grades B-D and I eight GCSE’s grades B-C. I am currently working on getting my masters in Play Therapy.
My Availability
Over the summer I am available weekdays and Saturdays. From the end of September I am available for babysitting in the evenings on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and I can work the whole day on Saturdays.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
