About Me

I am an experienced special needs teacher, passionate, dedicated, patient, empathic, nurturing, organised, flexible and strive to build wonderful relationships with children and the their families. I have worked across mainstream and special education and pride myself on my exemplary practice.

My Experience

I have 30 years of teaching experience across special needs - working with children with Autism and complex communication needs, children with cerebral palsy and and physical challenges, as well as children with epilepsy and high medical needs.

My Qualifications

I have a degree in Physical Education from South Africa, QTS, NPQ in Senior Leadership, TacPac, Attention Autism, TEACCH, PECS, ARFID - Avoidant and Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, SPD - Sensory Processing Disorder, SI - Safety Intervention, PDA - Pathological Demand Avoidance.
